The Diocese will again be publishing a Bible Study booklet this Lent 2019 under the theme of Intentional Discipleship. This is in fulfilment of the mission and purpose of the diocese to promote and encourage members to bring others to Christ.
The 2019 edition will focus on discipleship in a practical way as it applies in our daily lives and as such will cover the following areas using the bible readings for the respective weeks:
Ash Wednesday to Saturday – Discipleship: personal readiness
Week 1 – Discipleship in the church
Week 2 – Discipleship in the workplace
Week 3 – Discipleship in the home & to spouse/partner
Week 4 – Discipleship to the youth and young adults
Week 5 – Discipleship in the community
Holy Week – Discipleship to the outsider.
